Shipping Policy
Purchase $100 or more and get free shipping. Otherwise shipping charges apply.
AN:TS Online Store will only ship orders within Canada and the United States (Including HI & AK). Orders placed from outside the United States will not be executed. Please see your local AN:TS Authorized Dealer if you wish to place an order from outside the U.S..
Please Allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
Credit Card Policy
AN:TS Online Store accepts only Visa, Mastercard & American Express. No other payment form is accepted at this time.
Credit Card Number Security
Multiple safeguards are in place to protect AN:TS Online Store customers' credit card information. If you believe you are the victim of credit card fraud please contact your bank or financial institution for further instructions. It is the policy of AN:TS Apparel Inc., to cooperate fully with state and federal authorities in matters of suspected fraud. Any offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Return Policy
A. Returns and Exchanges
These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
AN:TS will not process any returns purchased from sources other than AN:TS online store. Merchandise purchased through any outlet other than this AN:TS online store must be addressed with that retailer.
B. Returning or Exchanging Items by Mail
To return any AN:TS online purchase by mail:
- Detach the top customer portion of the return form for your records.
- Circle the item(s) that you are returning or exchanging on the bottom portion of the return form and note the reason why.
- Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. If you'd like an exchange, let us know what you want by filling in the reverse side of the return form. We will pay the costs for shipping the exchange order.
- Circle the name and address where we should send the check or exchange. If you want it sent to a different address, please complete the box on the reverse side of the return form.
- Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. We've provided a return label as part of the return form. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
C. Returns With an Original Sales Receipt
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange or a merchandise certificate for the price paid.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange at any time. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.
D. Returns Without a Receipt
Online refunds will defer to account history and price paid if order number is supplied by customer. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or mail check.
E. Credit Card Refunds
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
